Access that follows the work
People see the records they're linked to: the jobs they're assigned, the clients they look after, their own company.
Down to the property
Keep sensitive properties, like fees or account numbers, hidden from people who can see the rest of the record.
Control who can act
Decide who can run each form and action, and who can see a record's history and comments.
Headroom plays by the same rules
When someone asks Headroom for something, it works as that person, with exactly their access.
Common questions
What roles are there?
Admins, builders and members. Admins manage the workspace, and everyone else gets the access their work needs.
Can the AI see more than I can?
No. Headroom only sees what the person asking can see.
Can clients see internal notes?
Not unless you share them. Properties a client isn't allowed to see stay hidden by default.
