Email

An email lands, and the record updates itself.

Headroom reads Gmail and Outlook, attachments included, and files each email to the client, deal or job it's about.

Your inbox, filed as it arrives.

  • Reads every thread in context

Headroom works through each thread as a whole, not one message at a time, so a reply three emails deep still lands in the right place.

  • Finds the record, or makes one

It searches your records for the client, deal or job the email is about. If there isn't one yet, it creates it.

  • Reads the attachments too

PDFs and images attached to an email are read alongside it, then saved to the record so nobody has to dig for them later.

  • Stops when something looks off

Before it changes a record, Headroom checks where that record stands. If the email doesn't fit, it flags it instead of guessing.

Common questions

Which inboxes does it work with?+

Gmail and Outlook. You connect them once, and you can also forward mail to your Headroom address.

Does it read newsletters and promotions?+

No. Promotions, social updates and old mail are skipped, so Headroom spends its time on the email that matters.

Can I control what it's allowed to change?+

Yes. You choose which actions Headroom can take from email, and turn any of them off.
